Session Descriptions:
- Initial Session: Your initial session will allow you and your Dietitian to discuss the goals you are working to achieve and create a nutrition plan to get you started on the right track.
- 45 minutes of one on one time
- Review of related past medical history
- Discuss your current diet practices
- Develop steps to achieve your goal
- Follow Up Session: In each follow up session your Dietitian will review your progress, adjust the plan as needed, and provide feedback to continue on your goal path.
- 30 minutes of one on one time
- Discuss how the steps are progressing
- Celebrate areas of success
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate the plan to track your progress
Pricing:
- $75: Initial 45-minute Session
- $115: Initial 45-minute Session & One 30-minute follow up Session Bundle
- $155: Initial 45-minute Session & Two 30-minute follow up Sessions Bundle
- $45: Additional 30-minute follow up Session (previous clients only)
